President Joe Biden will give a speech in the border city of Superior, Wisconsin, on Thursday, touting the successes of his “Investing in America” agenda and the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law.

The president is expected to unveil a nearly $5 billion investment into 37 major infrastructure projects across 12 states. The projects include major bridge construction and repairs, such as $1.06 billion to replace the Blatnik Bridge that runs between Wisconsin and Minnesota.

The Blatnik Bridge was one site that Biden visited in 2022 after his State of the Union address to highlight the importance of infrastructure. The bridge is located near the site where the president is giving his speech on Thursday.

The remarks are expected to begin at 2 p.m. Eastern.
