The injuries were the result of an accident and didn’t appear suspicious, according to the medical examiner’s office, whose report came one day after Trump, the first wife of former President Donald Trump, was discovered unresponsive at the bottom of a flight of stairs in her Upper West Side apartment. Paramedics responded to a cardiac arrest call around noon on Thursday, and Ivana Trump was declared dead at the scene, according to the New York City Police Department.
