President Joe Biden isn’t fazed by the idea he could be prosecuted one day if indicted for a crime.

Donald Trump was convicted on 34 felony charges, setting a new precedent for former presidents and opening the door to what Republicans are calling political prosecutions when they leave office. Trump has repeatedly, falsely claimed Biden had involvement with the prosecution against him.

At a White House event to celebrate the Kansas City Chiefs’ Super Bowl win, Biden was asked about his thoughts on potentially being charged.

“Are you worried this could happen to you someday? Somebody comes up with some charges and tries to bring you into court after your term?” Peter Doocy, a Fox News reporter, asked Biden.

“Not at all. I didn’t do anything wrong,” Biden said. “The system still works.”

He was also asked about how the conviction could affect Trump’s polling, to which Biden said, “I have no idea.”

Some polls taken in the wake of the historic conviction point to a small fraction of Republicans questioning their vote for a felon.

When asked about Trump’s claims that Biden had involvement in the case, Biden smiled at the question.

“I didn’t know I was that powerful,” Biden said.

In an earlier speech at the White House, Biden touched on Trump’s claims that the trial was “rigged.”

“It’s reckless, it’s dangerous, and it’s irresponsible for anyone to say this was rigged just because they don’t like the verdict,” he said.
