Justin Timberlake’s mug shot has been released after the entertainer was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated and several traffic violations early Tuesday.

At just after midnight on Tuesday morning, Timberlake was seen driving his 2025 BMW and “failing to stop at a duly posted stop sign and failing to maintain his lane of travel,” Sag Harbor, New York, Police Chief Robert Drake said in a statement. “A traffic stop was initiated by a Police Officer from Sag Harbor Village Police Department and upon investigation it was determined that Mr. Timberlake was operating his vehicle in an intoxicated condition.”

“Mr. Timberlake was placed under arrest, process, and held overnight for morning arraignment,
he added. “Mr. Timberlake was arraigned at the Sag Harbor Village Justice Court on June 18, 2024, at 9:30 AM where he was released on his own recognizance.”

Timberlake was reportedly coming back from The American Hotel when police stopped him, per TMZ, which was told he refused a breathalyzer test and consented to a physical sobriety test but failed.
