British singer-songwriter Rick Astley’s 1987 smash hit “Never Gonna Give You Up” is back in the spotlight.
CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA insurer that provides home, auto, and personal coverage in 23 states and Washington, D.C., is featuring Astley and his iconic song in its new ad.

The roughly minute-long remake features dancers dressed as insurance agents as Astley sings and jokingly asks, “Is this still a thing?”
Since being posted on Monday, it has already surpassed 450,000 views on YouTube.
“Paying homage to my video for the AAA Insurance commercial from the set to the wardrobe has been an amazing trip down memory lane,” Astley said.
The original version of the song has over 1.2 billion views on YouTube and nearly 600 million streams on Spotify.
In the early 2000s, it was used for the internet prank known as “Rickrolling.”
