House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) brushed off any concerns he has about the Bidens possibly suing him over his investigation into and accusations against the family, stressing that he has the sources that “prove” his claims.

The Kentucky lawmaker, who rigorously investigated the Biden family and their alleged money laundering schemes across the globe, reiterated the testimonies he and Congress have heard to back his accusation that President Joe Biden committed crimes with his financial pursuits, calling him “the closer of the Biden family influence-peddling schemes.” Comer went on to state that the Biden family accepted $27 million from adversaries of the United States and “can’t say a thing that they did” for this money.

Comer cited how his investigation is fully documented in his new book, All the President’s Money. When asked about any legal consequences the Biden family could take against Comer over his accusations, he said Biden’s lawyers have already “threatened” and “harassed” him in the past and that his book has more than enough evidence to back up his claims.

“The purpose of all those footnotes was to show the evidence in the form of bank records, in the form of depositions, in the form of emails that prove everything that I write in that book is legitimate with the millions of dollars, the tens of millions of dollars that the Bidens took from bad people in bad countries around the world, and according to the IRS whistleblowers, never paid a penny in taxes on it,” Comer said on Fox News’s Hannity.

Comer added that the president’s son, Hunter Biden, was not even charged for not paying taxes on his money in the Biden family’s influence-peddling scheme and that it is possible he could owe another “$10 million” in taxes.

Hunter Biden received a sweeping pardon from his father last month for any crimes he may have committed over the course of 11 years. However, legal experts pointed out that this means Hunter Biden may no longer have the benefits to remain silent provided by the Fifth Amendment, which both Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ) and Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) pointed out.

With less than a week left in the White House, Joe Biden has said he has no intention of issuing a preemptive pardon to himself, saying he “didn’t do anything wrong.”
