With less than a week until President-elect Donald Trump returns to the White House, the Senate is busy grilling the nominees picked to fill out his Cabinet.

Following a marathon hearing for Defense Secretary-nominee Pete Hegseth on Tuesday, six more officials will sit down with senators on Wednesday to answer questions about their qualifications to lead various departments.

Pam Bondi for attorney general — 9:30 a.m.

Former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi will sit down with the Senate Judiciary Committee on Wednesday for the first day of a two-day interview. Her hearing will begin at 9:30 a.m., and she will return to the committee on Thursday at 10:15 a.m.

Marco Rubio for secretary of state — 10 a.m.

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL), Trump’s nominee for secretary of state, will face the Senate Foreign Relations Committee on Wednesday at 10 a.m. He is a senior member of the committee.

John Ratcliffe for CIA director — 10 a.m.

John Ratcliffe, former director of national intelligence under Trump, will meet with the Senate Intelligence Committee on Wednesday at 10 a.m.

Sean Duffy for secretary of transportation — 10 a.m.

Former Wisconsin Rep. Sean Duffy will meet with the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation on Wednesday at 10 a.m.

Chris Wright for secretary of energy — 10 a.m.

Chris Wright will meet with the Energy and Natural Resources Committee ahead of his confirmation hearing at 10 a.m. for secretary of energy.

Russell Vought for director of the Office of Management and Budget – 1 p.m.

Russell Vought, Trump’s nominee for director of the Office of Management and Budget, will appear before the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee on Wednesday at 1 p.m.
