Trump’s speech will begin at 9 p.m. from the House chamber in the Capitol.

EVERYTHING TO KNOW ABOUT TRUMP’S JOINT ADDRESS TO CONGRESS

The speech will be similar to a State of the Union address but will not carry the official title following a tradition for newly inaugurated presidents set by former President Ronald Reagan in 1981.

The theme for Trump’s speech will be the “Renewal of the American Dream,” according to the White House. Similar to a State of the Union address, Democrats will offer a response to Trump, which will be delivered by Sen. Elissa Slotkin (D-MI).
