MAGA Inc. expanded its campaign spending on races in Republican stronghold states on Monday, deploying Vice President JD Vance to Kansas to help Sen. Roger Marshall (R-KS).

Marshall’s race for reelection against Democratic nominee Adam Hamilton is considered likely Republican by the Cook Political Report. But it was upended last week by a New York Times report that the obstetrician’s former OB-GYN practice sued more than 700 patients for unpaid bills, 81 of whom were arrested, in an election cycle in which Democrats have criticized Republicans for their healthcare policies, including their cuts to Medicaid.
