Democratic 2024 presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. — the son of the late former US Attorney General of the same name — confirmed his participation in a Twitter Spaces live stream taking place later this month.
The stream is scheduled to go live less than two weeks after Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) announced his own presidential campaign on the platform, where he and encountered a number of technical difficulties.

RFK Jr. confirmed his interview with the platform’s current owner, Elon Musk, during an appearance on Saturday on Newsmax.
“I mean I did tell you the truth. I felt very bad for the governor [Ron DeSantis] too because that should have been the best day of his life,” Kennedy said after being asked whether he was concerned about experiencing similar tech issues during his live stream.

“My announcement was one of the one of the greatest days in my life and I feel badly that it didn’t go well that there was those glitches. But I—I guess [Musk] has worked at the glitches for—for me. Hopefully,” Kennedy said.
Kennedy’s candidacy is supported by 52% of Democrats, with 32% opposed, and 16% not sure, according to a Rasmussen Reports survey.
