Former President Donald Trump alleged that President Joe Biden has been “compromised,” and questioned why the president is not facing impeachment.

Trump claimed during a Fox News town hall with Sean Hannity that Biden has been “compromised” by a foreign government, an offense he believes should warrant him impeached. He also suggested that the misdeeds of Biden that have been uncovered are only the tip of the iceberg.

“Until I got indicted, I had such respect for the office of the president. I didn’t want to say things [about Biden],” Trump began. “Sean, we have a compromised president. China gives him millions of dollars. If he is giving Biden millions of dollars, he’s compromised.”

“That’s only the stuff they found,” the former president continued, amid applause from the audience. “There’s a lot of other things. There will be some things that you never find, but there’s a lot of other things; so he’s getting millions of dollars illegally from China, and then you say, ‘hey, they impeached me over a phone call that was perfect.’ Why aren’t they impeaching Biden for receiving tens of millions of dollars? Why isn’t he under impeachment?”

When discussing the “perfect” phone call, Trump was referring to a call with the Ukrainian president that got him impeached, the first impeachment since then-President Bill Clinton.

Trump isn’t alone in calling for Biden’s impeachment, as the idea has gained steam with Republicans as a result of the House’s investigation into an alleged criminal scheme by the Biden family.
