Former President Donald Trump railed against President Joe Biden and his family’s business dealings during his campaign rally in Erie, Pennsylvania, in a speech that sparsely attacked his closest opponent Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL), and instead focused on Biden.

Trump heavily attacked allegations of corruption and self-dealing within Biden’s family, his mental state, policy, and the economy under his administration.

With such a massive lead in the polls, Trump only sporadically attacked DeSantis throughout the rally, saying if he were to come back from this deficit, it would be the “greatest comeback in political history.” He also referred to him as a “son of a bi***” when citing how DeSantis would give “no comment” when asked if he was running for president before he had announced.

Currently, polls show Trump with a major lead over the Florida governor. According to the Real Clear Politics polling average, Trump is at 52.4%, and DeSantis is at 18.2%. Every other candidate is below 6%.

In light of the polling, he spent most of his time attacking Biden.

He focused a lot on the recent findings by the House Oversight, Judiciary, and Ways and Means Committees, and during his speech, he commended Chairmen Jim Jordan (R-OH) of Judiciary, and James Comer (R-KY) of Oversight, for their work investigating the Biden family.

He dubbed Biden “Crooked Joe,” saying he took that name away from Hillary Clinton, who he used to call “Crooked Hillary” during the 2016 election, and said it is now Biden’s name after the evidence the House investigations had uncovered.

“A bombshell FBI document laying out a massive bribery scheme in which Hunter and Joe Biden shook down a Ukrainian energy boss, shook him down, an energy boss, a big one for $10 million. So that, as the executive said, ‘Hunter can protect us through his dad from all kinds of problems,’” Trump said.

He was referencing the FBI-generated FD-1023 tip sheet released earlier this month, that alleged Mykola Zlochevsky, the head of the Ukrainian energy company Burisma, told a paid FBI informant that he had paid each hen Vice President Joe Biden and Hunter Biden $5 million to pressure the Ukrainian government to fire Viktor Shokin, a prosecutor allegedly investigating Burisma. The allegations are unverified.

Trump alluded, without any proof, that the reason Biden wants to give Ukraine military assistance as they fight against a Russian invasion is because of these alleged payments from Ukraine.

Trump also attacked Biden on his son’s business deals over in China, claiming his associates would route money through different accounts before they would end up in a Biden family member’s bank account.

“They took in millions,” Trump said. “This is the biggest scandal in US history, and perhaps the world, and yet the media doesn’t want to report on it.”

He called on Republicans to act on the information that has come out of the House’s investigations, saying that “any Republican that doesn’t act on it should be immediately primaried.”

“The biggest complaint that I get is that the Republicans find out this information, and then they do nothing about it. They don’t do anything about it,” Trump said. “It all dies. You know they die. The radical lunatic Democrats they impeach me, they indict me, they rig our elections, and the Republicans just don’t fight.”

Trump did not directly call for the House to impeach Biden, but he did get close by calling on them to “act” on the information being uncovered.
