Alejandro Monteverde’s movie Sound of Freedom is set to receive a second round of international release dates, Angel Studios announced Friday.
“We are thrilled to roll out another list of countries where SOUND OF FREEDOM is doing a theatrical run, this list spans several continents including Europe, South America, Africa, and Asia, and there is even more to come,” Jared Geesey, the senior vice president of global distribution for Angel Studios, said.

“We’re seeing surging demand for this film around the globe, and we will continue to make additional announcements in the coming days and weeks.”
The second round extends to an Oct. 11 showing in Spain, according to the release.
Sound of Freedom follows the story of Tim Ballad, who is portrayed by Jim Caviezel, as he goes on a quest to save children from a sex trafficking network in Colombia.

It “continues to break theatrical records as it continues to hold steady in the US box office six weeks after release,” the release read.
“The film now ranks in the Top 10 Box Office Cume for the year. The film just wrapped its 7th weekend in theaters, and remains in over 2,100 theaters with a total box office cume of over $178,000,000.”
