The bill provides for a total of $91.515 billion in discretionary spending, including $2.104 billion to construct a wall along the southern border.

The bill passed 220-208, with two Democrats — Reps. Jared Golden (D-ME) and Rep. Marie Gluesenkamp Perez (D-WA) — voting for the bill.
