President Joe Biden is expected to tout his economics and “Investing in America” agenda on Monday in remarks from Bear, Delaware, including new federal investments for rail projects in the Northeast.

Biden will announce the $16 billion in improvements for the busy northeast corridor, which will see funding go toward 25 rail projects that stretch from Boston to Washington, D.C. The investments are expected to help trains run faster and reduce delays, according to the White House.
