The heir of the Anheuser-Busch brewing company has put his mansion in Malibu, California, up for sale for $4.45 million.

Billy Busch Jr., the heir of the iconic company, enlisted the help of Sean Matthews from the real estate company Compass in putting his mansion on the market. Matthews described the single-story beach house as “a contemporary ode to coastal living,” according to a social media post.

“The property’s exterior renovations include smooth stucco, an outdoor shower, custom-designed retaining walls, all highlighting rare succulents, palm and fruit trees — all surrounding a state-of-the-art container pool, masterfully embedded into the hillside, offering breathtaking sunset views,” the post from Matthews read.

Busch’s house being put up for sale comes a few months after he lamented about Bud Light, which is owned by Anheuser-Busch, doing a partnership with transgender social media star Dylan Mulvaney. He said his ancestors “would have rolled over in their graves” over the partnership.

“They loved this country because it is a free country and people are allowed to do what they want, but it was never meant to be on a beer can and pushed in people’s faces,” Busch said.

Beyond discussing his disappointment with the partnership, Busch said he would be willing to buy Bud Light off Anheuser-Busch and would aim to “make that brand great again.”

The controversy generated by Bud Light’s partnership with Mulvaney resulted in many conservatives calling for a boycott of the drink, which led to Anheuser-Busch reporting a decline in sales earlier this year. The brewing company said its decreased sales are “primarily due to the volume decline of Bud Light.”

Recently, Bud Light made a deal with the Ultimate Fighting Championship to be the sponsor of the martial arts sport. UFC President Dana White has defended the partnership, arguing he is looking at “all the good things” the beer brand’s parent company has done.
