Judge Juan Merchan denied a third request from Donald Trump that the judge recuse himself from the former president’s hush money case over Merchan’s daughter’s marketing work for Democratic politicians.

The judge also accused Trump of using “innuendo and mischaracterizations” to argue Merchan had a conflict of interest in the case.
