The Iowa caucuses are expected to be a major event for the Republican 2024 primary race. Trump is polling far ahead of his competitors at 48%, with former United Nations Ambassador Nikki Haley at 20%, Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) at 16%, and billionaire Vivek Ramaswamy at 8%.

Ahead of Monday’s voting, some drastic weather has hit the Hawkeye state, which could potentially impact voter turnout. Trump, DeSantis, and Haley have all had to either rework or cancel scheduled events over the past few days due to heavy snow.
