Former President Donald Trump will give remarks likely on the New York appeals court taking on his case, in which he is calling for the dismissal of a $454 million civil fraud judgment.

On Thursday, the appeals court will hear arguments, but it will likely not come to a decision until after the election.

In the civil fraud judgment, made by Judge Arthur Engoron, Trump was found liable for making false and inflated values of his real estate portfolio in an effort to receive a favorable bank loan rate.
