Vice President Kamala Harris will hold a rally in North Carolina and unveil her economic policy agenda as she vies to flip the state blue.

Harris’s policy speech comes as criticism mounts for running a light-weight campaign. She is set to announce price-gouging plans, tax cuts, and health insurance premium proposals during the North Carolina event.

While Trump holds a narrow lead over Harris, recent polls indicate that momentum for Harris is growing in the state, which the former president won by over 74,000 votes in 2020.
