Beaufort, S.C. – A protester interrupted Former Gov. Nikki Haley (R-SC) during a speech just days ahead of South Carolina‘s Republican presidential primary. Haley was holding the rally at Henry C. Chambers Waterfront Park in Beaufort, S.C., when the protester began yelling to Haley on stage while recording on his cell phone.

“Why are you accepting money from pedophiles? Why are you accepting money from Democrats?” the protester shouted.

A man in a red beret quickly grabbed the young man shouting and dragged him away from the supporters crowding the stage as people cheered. Haley was unfazed by the situation.

“Even when they’re a little bit loud and obnoxious, don’t get upset,” Haley said. “Because I want you to remember, my husband and his military brothers and sisters sacrifice everyday for their right to be able to do that.”

Washington Examiner spoke to Rick Stone, who pulled the protester away from the crowd, and asked what stuck him to react so quickly?

“To be honest, it had nothing to do with Nikki,” Stone said. “This was a rude two kids. If they were my kids I would have done the same thing.”
