Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) jokingly reported former President Joe Biden and other prominent Democrats in a knock to Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer‘s (D-NY) post on X.

Schumer’s post showcased the launch of a new portal by Senate Democrats for whistleblowers to report cases against the Trump administration, as the Democrats are attempting to slow down the work of the Department of Government Efficiency and Elon Musk, the head of the department. Meanwhile, Cruz chose to use Schumer’s post to slight his fellow Senate lawmaker.

“Great! I wanna report: Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Chuck Schumer, and the entire corrupt Democrat party that weaponized & abused the federal government for the past four years,” Cruz wrote on X.

Fox News contributor Katie Pavlich similarly reposted Schumer’s whistleblower call and recalled how the senator was “threatening” Supreme Court Justices Brett Kavanaugh and Neil Gorsuch, referring to a speech Schumer delivered in 2020. The New York senator warned the two justices, both of whom were appointed by President Donald Trump, that they would “pay the price” if they made “awful decisions.”

Young Americans for Liberty pointed out that Schumer never launched a portal to “expose the actual corruption” of the government wasting taxpayer dollars and accused the senator of wanting “activists to tattle tale” on Musk.

Since Trump’s return to the White House last month, Musk and DOGE have been at work uprooting waste in the federal government, with the U.S. Agency for International Development being placed in the spotlight last week. Most recently, DOGE promoted how Health and Human Services cut multiple contracts worth $182 million, one of which was for a museum exhibit to Anthony Fauci, the former National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases director, worth $168,000.

Musk has also said the Biden administration used taxpayer dollars to pay for “luxury hotels” in New York City, where thousands of illegal immigrants were kept.
