MSNBC has fired weekend show host Tiffany Cross, according to a report.
Cross hosted the Cross Connection for the last two years. The network has decided not to renew her contract. Her staff, however, will stay on at the network in different roles.
Her last television appearance was as a guest on Charlamagne Tha God’s program Hell of a Week on Thursday.

This was thought to be the “last straw” that got Tiffany Cross fired from MSNBC- she calls Florida, “the dick of the country”. Hours later she was let go. pic.twitter.com/JqEXTw7LxU

In a segment of the show called “One’s gotta go,” the question posed to Cross and the panel was which swing state Democrats could most afford to lose in the midterm elections.
Cross responded Florida, saying that it “literally looks like the d**k of the country.”
“Ron DeStupid, Ron DeSantis, whatever you wanna call Florida man, he is so problematic,” Cross said. “He traffics in stupidity and ignorance, and I just think they are a problem for the rest of the country. Let’s get them out.”
