Former President Donald Trump said he is planning on turning himself in at the Fulton County, Georgia, jail on Thursday.

In a Truth Social post on Monday, the former president announced that he plans to head to Atlanta on Thursday to be arrested.

“Can you believe it? I’ll be going to Atlanta, Georgia, on Thursday to be ARRESTED by a Radical Left District Attorney, Fani Willis,” Trump wrote in a post on Truth Social.

“In my case, the trip to Atlanta is not for ‘Murder,’ but for making a PERFECT PHONE CALL! She campaigned, and is continuing to campaign, and raise money on, this WITCH HUNT,” Trump continued in the post.

The former president is facing 13 charges in the case in Fulton County. Notably, Trump is charged with violating the state’s Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act.

Trump was charged with 18 others in the case, and they were given until Friday to turn themselves in.
