The Secret Service will not be requesting any “special accommodations” for former President Donald Trump’s court appearance on Tuesday, the agency’s spokesperson said Friday.

“While operational security precludes us from going into specifics, the Secret Service will not seek any special accommodations outside of what would be required to ensure the former president’s continued safety,” Guglielmi said in a statement.

“As with any site visited by a protectee, the Secret Service is in constant coordination with the necessary entities to ensure protective requirements are met. We have the utmost confidence in the professionalism and commitment to security shared by our law enforcement partners in Florida.”

As a former president, Trump is entitled to lifetime protection by the Secret Service.

Law enforcement officials have been meeting in Miami to discuss security preparations ahead of Trump’s expected court appearance, according to CNN. A threat assessment of the building has already been conducted and found no credible threat, but the FBI is still working to identify any other possible threats.

The Justice Department unveiled a 49-page indictment on Friday against the former president. He is facing multiple federal criminal charges, including a violation of the Espionage Act, making false claims, and conspiracy to obstruct justice, related to the alleged mishandling of classified documents at his Mar-a-Lago resort after he left office. Trump is facing a total of 37 charges.

The flurry of charges comes after the former president was charged earlier this year related to alleged hush-money payments to adult film star Stormy Daniels during the 2016 presidential campaign.

Trump will appear at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida on Tuesday, June 13. Trump said on Thursday night that he intends to plead “not guilty” to all charges.
