Former President Donald Trump slammed “Radical Left Democrats” after a New York court ruled that he committed fraud.
On Tuesday, a judge overseeing New York Attorney General Letitia James’s $250 million lawsuit against the Trump Organization ruled that Trump had committed fraud by inflating his net worth. The ruling is a major win for James and appears to have significantly angered Trump. Following the ruling, he released a statement on Truth Social, calling the “attack” against him “un-American.”

“The widespread, radical attack against me, my family, and my supporters has now devolved to new, un-American depths, at the hands of a DERANGED New York State Judge, doing the bidding of a completely biased and corrupt ‘Prosecutor,’ Letitia James, who ran for office based on a ‘GET TRUMP’ platform, before even knowing anything about me,” he wrote.
“Today’s action is a refutation of my status as the leading Candidate for President of the United States, including with a substantial lead over Joe Biden. It is a terrible reminder that the Radical Left Democrats will stop at nothing in trying to prevent me, and the American people, from winning the 2024 Presidential Election,” Trump added.
The former president then went on to warn that the cases against him would only intensify as the election grew closer due to “Corrupt and Highly Political Prosecutors and Judges.” Trump blamed the latest ruling on a “Highly Politicized Democrat Judge,” whom he condemned for not allowing the case to go before the New York Commercial Division. He labeled the charges against him “ridiculous and untrue.”
Trump declared, “We are rapidly becoming a Communist Country, and my Civil Rights have been taken away from me.”

“This is Democrat Political Lawfare, and a Witch Hunt at a level never seen before,” he said.
“It is an attempt to badly injure the opposing Party’s Leading, by far, Political Candidate. Nothing like this has ever happened in our Country before. My Civil Rights have been violated, and some Appellate Court, whether Federal or State, must reverse this horrible, un-American decision. If they can do this to me, they can do this to YOU!”
