Law enforcement officials have set up a command post at the Helmetta Community Center, with the FBI stating it would remain in the “area staging until Yetman is arrested.”
The FBI released photos of Yetman at the Capitol on Jan. 6. The New Jersey National Guard confirmed that he served for about 12 years until March 2022. At the time of the riot, Yetman served as a military police sergeant, per USA Today. Videos from the riots showed Yetman allegedly pepper-spraying U.S. Capitol Police officers and protesters.
Yetman has denied pepper-spraying anyone, and he told USA Today he did nothing wrong.
Armed FBI agents in camouflage, members of the Joint Terrorism Task Force, and search dogs were stationed in front of Yetman’s home along Main Street for several hours on Wednesday, according to CBS News.

More than 700 of them have been sentenced, and roughly two-thirds have received terms of imprisonment ranging from three days to 22 years.
