Actor Gary Busey is facing four charges surrounding sexual assault allegations that took place in New Jersey last weekend.
The Cherry Hill Police Department filed two counts of criminal sexual contact, one count of criminal attempt/criminal sexual contact, and one count of harassment Friday. The alleged crimes happened in the Doubletree Hotel, which was hosting the Monster Mania Convention, a horror film memorabilia conference.

Busey, 78, has not responded to the charges. The police department likewise has not issued a statement regarding the charges.
