Is President Joe Biden too old to seek a second term?
A national survey published by the Trafalgar Group reported that close to 64% feel the president is too old to “serve a 2nd term in the White House,” so we hit the streets of Washington, D.C., to see if real voters agree.

Most agreed with the survey, and even outspoken liberals and Biden supporters admitted that he has moments where his age is showing.
“You can just kind of see it in his speeches and delivery in communication,” one woman said. “You know, one term was enough.”
“I mean, listen, yeah, he trips,” another woman who had spent three hours with the president said. “I know everyone wants to make fun of that. … Is he older than my first choice, if I could pick any age for a president? Is he on the older side? Sure! Do I think that means he shouldn’t run? No!”
Another voter we asked pointed out that it is likely very difficult to walk up and down the steps of Air Force One.
Others appeared less gentle with their assessments of Biden’s cognitive skills.
“I do feel like he’s always a little confused and a little out of touch with everything in the world,” according to one woman.
“It’s pretty clear when you look at older videos of him debating compared to now,” one man said. “I think the evidence is there.”

In the end, nearly everyone we asked agreed that there should be an age limit or cognitive test for anyone seeking the presidency.
