In contrast, 51% of respondents had a very or somewhat unfavorable view of Christie, compared to just 27% who viewed him very or somewhat favorably, a net favorability of negative 24 points.

Kennedy’s net favorability is higher than the front-runners of both parties; President Joe Biden has a net favorability of negative 6 points, and former President Donald Trump’s is negative 10. However, the former environmental scientist benefits by not being as well known as the two front-runners; just 3% were unsure of their opinion of Trump or Biden, while 21% were unsure about Kennedy.

Kennedy’s figures are also notable for attracting bipartisan support; Republicans and conservatives had much more favorable views toward him than liberals or Democrats.
