Hunter Biden pleaded not guilty on Tuesday on three felony gun charges in a Delaware federal court and was released on new bond conditions.
The president’s son is banned from possessing a firearm, drinking alcohol, and taking drugs. Biden must submit to random drug testing, participate in substance abuse therapy, and seek employment. He didn’t have to give up his passport but will need to submit in writing any plans for international travel.
