Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-NY) now represents New York’s 12th Congressional District. However, his district office is still listed as being in what is now the 10th Congressional District.
The 10th Congressional District is currently represented by Rep. Dan Goldman (D-NY).
It was reported on Saturday that even months after the midterm elections, Nadler still had not moved his office. The congressman’s official website displays a map detailing both his district and office. The map shows the location of his office as being obviously outside of the outlined 12th Congressional District.

Nadler’s office did not respond to the Washington Examiner’s request for comment. It is unclear whether plans are being made to move his office into his correct district.

“Jerry hasn’t represented his district fully for 15 or 20 years. He’s just basically riding it out until he passes away,” his Republican challenger in the 2022 midterms Mike Zumbluskas told one outlet. “He’s been there too long, he’s too arrogant, and that’s why he’s not moving his office into the new district.”
Nadler has served in the House of Representatives since being elected in 1992.
