Former President Bill Clinton was seen chatting it up with famous sex therapist Dr. Ruth Westheimer at the first round of the U.S. Open tennis championships in New York on Monday.

The odd couple was spotted on camera mid-conversation. What they were saying was unclear, but at one point Westheimer gave the former commander in chief a pat on the face.

A clip posted to social media featured commentary by ESPN analyst John McEnroe and co-analyst Chris Evert (both former star tennis players themselves), according to the New York Post.

“Who knows what they’re talking about,” McEnroe said.

“They’re really involved in some sort of … She’s giving him advice,” Evert said. “She just gave him advice. Yep, ‘You shouldn’t be doing that.’”

McEnroe then quipped, “Why is his face getting redder?”
