Kid Rock and his fans were not happy when the musician’s concert was canceled at the North Dakota State Fair due to weather.
After waiting more than two hours for reported wind and lightning on the outskirts of town to pass Friday, the North Dakota State Fair decided to nix Kid Rock’s performance, per TMZ.
Around 11 p.m., a Ward County Sheriff’s Department officer walked on stage to deliver the news. The department later clarified it was not responsible for making the decision.

The sold-out crowd began throwing beer cans at the stage. One man attempted to climb onto the stage but was tackled by security and taken away in handcuffs.
Kid Rock took to Twitter to apologize, saying he was “SO P***ED OFF we could not play.”
SO PISSED OFF we could not play for a sold out crowd tonight in Minot, ND (because of high winds) – I know it sucks but none of us can control mother nature. Please be safe leaving and take care of each other. -Kid Rock
