YouTuber and onetime amateur boxer Logan Paul signed a contract with World Wrestling Entertainment on Thursday.

YouTuber and onetime amateur boxer Logan Paul signed a contract with World Wrestling Entertainment on Thursday.

Paul has fought fellow Youtuber KSI, otherwise known as Olajide Olayinka Williams “JJ” Olatunji twice, and went on to fight Floyd Mayweather in separate exhibitions. The now 27-year-old previously wrestled in high school.

The contract reportedly has Paul featured in several events with the promise of being a main character in the wrestling universe.

In an Instagram post announcing the contract, Paul called out the Miz, otherwise known as Michael Gregory Mizanin, with a sign that read “coming 4 u.” Mizanin will likely be among Paul’s first opponents. The two recently collaborated in a tag-team performance at April’s WrestleMania 38 in Dallas.

This contract comes weeks after WWE CEO Vince McMahon stepped down from his role, with daughter Stephanie as interim CEO. She was present at Paul’s signing along with former star professional wrestler Triple H.

McMahon’s resignation came after the organization began investigating allegations of hush money being spent to cover up an affair he allegedly had with a former employee.
