Former President Donald Trump is expected to return to New York City on Thursday for a deposition that is part of a $250 million civil fraud lawsuit filed by New York Attorney General Letitia James, according to a news report.

The deposition is Trump’s second related to the civil suit. The suit accuses Trump, his three eldest children, and his company of artificially inflating his net worth by billions of dollars and inflating his company’s real-estate portfolio. Trump’s first deposition in the case was in August.

The new deposition is expected to take place at James’s office in downtown New York, unnamed sources told ABC News. When Trump sat for the initial deposition, which occurred before the lawsuit was filed, Trump repeatedly invoked the Fifth Amendment. Ivanka Trump and Donald Trump Jr. also previously sat for depositions in the case.

During a yearslong investigation, the New York Attorney General’s Office uncovered evidence of Donald Trump manipulating his company’s asset and property valuations in more than 200 instances over a 10-year period, according to James. In one instance, the Trump Organization listed a commercial property at 40 Wall Street as being valued at $524 million in a 2011 statement despite bank appraisals pegging its value at $200 million in August 2010.

The former president most recently visited New York City when he was indicted by a Manhattan grand jury on 34 counts of falsifying business records related to alleged hush money payments made to porn star Stormy Daniels, Playboy model Karen McDougal, and a former Trump Tower doorman. The former president pleaded not guilty to all the charges.

Donald Trump has attempted to delay the trial for the lawsuit, but the judge overseeing the case maintained that the trial will occur in October.
