Sullivan has been meeting with global leaders to build U.S. relationships, such as Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on Wednesday. Sullivan also met in Europe with China’s top diplomat Wang Yi over the weekend, discussing global and regional security issues.
Jean-Pierre is slated to begin the press conference at 1 p.m. EDT.
