Connor Cruise, son of Hollywood icon Tom Cruise and actress Nicole Kidman, is going viral after reeling in a grouper weighing more than 300 pounds.
The younger Cruise decided to pursue fishing rather than acting and caught the 301-pound beast during the Sarasota Slam fishing tournament in Florida last weekend, according to a report.
The size of the fish appears to have won Connor Cruise and his crew the tournament’s grand prize, the report noted.

Caught on Friday, the fish was kept on ice until it was weighed Saturday.
At 301 pounds, the size of the fish earned the crew a large round of applause across the dock when Connor Cruise and his team heard the announcement.
“Got it done yesterday with the boys,” he wrote. “301# Warsaw on the hand crank.”
According to both Connor Cruise and Filet for Friends’s Instagram accounts, the grouper was donated to the organization to help combat food insecurity.
