Holdout juror in Lindsay Clancy case had ‘a mountain of evidence,’ attorney says

The attorney for the holdout juror in the Lindsay Clancy case said on Sunday his client had “a mountain of evidence” to support his belief that Clancy was criminally responsible for her children’s deaths.

In a pre-released clip from a Fox News interview with Kayleigh McEnany, attorney Edward Paltzik said juror Michael Desronvil, whose vote resulted in a mistrial earlier in the month, had “no doubt” Clancy was responsible for the deaths of 5-year-old Cora, 3-year-old Dawson, and 8-month-old Callan. Clancy admitted to killing them in her family’s Doxbury, Massachusetts, home in January 2023, but her defense argued she wasn’t criminally responsible since she was suffering from postpartum psychosis.
