Pictures and videos shared on social media Sunday afternoon showed police and multiple agencies outside the embassy. The incident comes as Israel continues its war against Hamas, which killed roughly 1,200 people in the Jewish state on Oct. 7 of last year.

The Israeli Embassy told the Washington Examiner, “This is still an ongoing situation and we do not have information to share.”
