Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley took a shot at her primary rival, former President Donald Trump, for being “confused” about the filing deadline for the Indiana GOP primary.

Haley responded to Trump’s claim that the former South Carolina governor was “scrambling” to qualify for the Indiana ballot “three days after the deadline” despite Indiana’s filing deadline being on Feb. 9.

“Nikki Haley still scrambling in Indiana with democrat county clerk offices to ‘verify’ signatures and qualify for the ballot three days after the deadline. Not a good look!” Trump posted on Truth Social on Friday night.

Haley responded on X by saying that it appeared Trump was “confused again.”

“Looks like he’s confused again,” Haley posted with an eye-rolling emoji.

Haley has recently taken jabs at Trump for being “confused” while questioning his cognitive ability. Trump seemingly confused Haley and former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) at a campaign event, blaming the former South Carolina governor, who has never been a member of Congress, for security at the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.

“You know, Nikki Haley, Nikki Haley, Nikki Haley, you know they — do you know they destroyed all of the information and all of the evidence?” Trump said at a rally last month. “Everything. Deleted and destroyed all of it. All of it because of — lots of things, like Nikki Haley is in charge of security. We offered her 10,000 people.”

After that incident, Haley questioned whether Trump was cognitively able to handle being president again while speaking at a campaign event.

“The concern I have is — I’m not saying anything derogatory, but when you’re dealing with the pressures of a presidency, we can’t have someone else that we question whether they’re mentally fit to do it,” she said.
