GREENVILLE, North Carolina — President Donald Trump unveiled new economic incentives to help bolster Republican Senate nominee Michael Whatley‘s campaign against Democrat Roy Cooper on Tuesday evening, even as Republican PACs have quietly pulled funding from the race.
