Talk show host Dr. Phil McGraw criticized President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris while filming along the Texas-Mexico border.

The television talk show host cited Gov. Greg Abbott (R-TX) in recorded comments about the border crisis for his new show, Dr. Phil Primetime. McGraw repeated Abbott’s claim that Biden hadn’t executed immigration laws and instead “violated” them.

“The result is a humanitarian crisis unlike anything we’ve seen before,” McGraw said. “Smashing records for illegal immigration by wasting taxpayer dollars to tear open Texas border security infrastructure. Gov. Abbott says President Biden has enticed tens of thousands of illegal immigrants away from 28 legal entry points along the Texas border and into the dangerous and deadly waters of the Rio Grande.”

Harris was also mentioned in McGraw’s monologue, referring to her as the “Border Czar.”

“Guess how many times she’s been to the border,” McGraw said. “Once.”

McGraw has retired from his daytime show Dr. Phil, which began in 2002. His new program, Dr. Phil Primetime, will begin airing on Feb. 26.

Texas law enforcement behind Operation Lone Star, the state’s own effort to secure the border since March 2021, has resulted in 497,600 apprehensions of illegal migrants. Among them, 39,000 were arrested with 35,200 felony charges. Officials have seized over 454 million lethal doses of fentanyl since the operation began.

Over 10 million immigrants have reportedly entered the country illegally since Biden took office. It is the most recorded in that amount of time of any administration. Some 6 million have crossed the Texas border illegally.

Abbott has embarked on a mission to send over 102,400 migrants to sanctuary cities like Washington, D.C., New York City, Denver, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, and Chicago in more than 2,200 buses since April of 2022.
