Fox News host Jesse Watters warned of a summer of “panic” under President Joe Biden.

He made several predictions of rough economic conditions for people in the United States, including high gas prices spoiling family gatherings for Independence Day, during an interview with fellow host Dan Bongino that aired on Saturday night.

“The full wrath of Hurricane Joe really hasn’t been experienced yet by the American people. And I think this summer, we will see panic in the final stage,” Watters said during a segment on Unfiltered with Dan Bongino.

After faulting the Federal Reserve for being too late to conduct an interest rate hike to combat rising inflation and noting such things as increased crime and potential brownouts, Watters said he is worried about Biden attempting drastic measures. “What I’m scared of, Dan, is he is going to panic and go full Bernie Sanders,” Watters said, referring to the Vermont independent senator who is a self-proclaimed “democratic socialist.” Among those actions, he said, could be “illegal” executive orders in a bid to placate his base.

What’s more, Biden lacks the “political skills” to course-correct, even after the midterm elections, in which Republicans are expected to win control of at least one chamber of Congress, Watters said.

“I don’t actually think he really cares that much, Dan, about the suffering of this country,” he added.
