“Throughout the course of this investigation, Doug Mastriano has always been fully open, cooperative, and transparent with law enforcement, including the FBI,” his attorney, Timothy C. Parlatore, said. “Regrettably, the Committee has chosen to violate the rules of the House of Representatives by demanding a compelled deposition — a move that we must challenge in court.”
Meanwhile, Mastriano is scheduled to appear Saturday at a “Save America” rally with former President Donald Trump, GOP Senate candidate Dr. Mehmet Oz, and House candidate Jim Bognet, the latter two also seeking to represent Pennsylvania in Washington.
