She was was naked and covered in blood as she tried to flee, police said.
Ming was shot with a Taser but continued in her attempt to get away before she was detained.
Inside the home, officers found Moore in a large pool of her own blood, and it was determined that Ming shot her with Moore’s own gun, the report noted.
Ming admitted that she had gone to Moore’s home, “grabbed the gun from her,” and “shot her in the head,” according to an arrest affidavit.
“Cynthia then again stated that she ‘murdered her’ due to her killing her dog,” the affidavit read.
Moore could not have killed the pet because she loved animals, according to a spokesperson for Moore.
When police found Ming, she was covered in blood, which she said was a result of exiting through the window.
